Factory tour
Program
This tour will help students better understand the media industry. They will discover how TV channels and content are managed, explore our facilities, and experience the world of radio with a visit to Eldoradio.
1. Brief Introduction to Bertelsmann, RTL Group, and BCE
• The goal is to help students better understand who we are and our core activities through real projects, giving them the context they need before discovering our facilities.
2. Guided Visit of the TV Studios, TV Control Room, and Green Studio
Discover BCE’s and RTL Luxembourg’s studios, where productions take shape and learn how different elements are brought together into a final program.

4. Guided Visit of BCE’s 24/7 Network Operation Center
• Learn how we manage, operate, and continuously monitor our customers’ television channels
5. Guided Visit of RTL Luxembourg Newsroom
• Gain insight into how journalists prepare and deliver daily news
6. Guided Visit to Eldoradio
• Discover the creative process behind radio content production
7. Immersive Experience at Eldoradio
• Students will be welcomed in small groups to participate in a live on-air radio program inside the Eldoradio studio
8. Meet & Greet (Optional)
• Subject to availability: interactive discussion with a technical specialist or a Luxembourg public personality (for example, an Eldoradio DJ)
• Teachers are kindly invited to indicate their preferences in advance so we can adapt the encounter to the students’ interests
Organizational information
- Maximum number of visitors : 20
- Target age : 15-18
- Duration of the visit : between 20 and 120 minutes
- Special requirements : List of the names and surnames of all participants. We can welcome 4 visits per year. The selection will be based on a first-come, first-served basis. The visits will be held in English.When requesting a visit, please note that we require at least 4 weeks' prior notice. Please note that all pictures during the tour are prohibited without the BCE guide member's agreement. No photo may be shared on digital platform, any website or social network.
